Product description

Cellulose electrical insulation
Fiber insulation made of paper, paperboard or wood with or without adhesives, burners and other additives (National Standard 8084 - Section 4-11). Recently, the use of cellulose insulation in the United States has increased. One of the reasons for this increase is that research has shown that cellulose protects buildings better from fire damage than fiberglass insulation. Because the density of these insulators is higher than fiberglass, the oxygen needed to fuel building components is not provided. Another reason for the increase in the consumption of cellulose insulation is its high recycling capacity compared to any other insulation material.
Advantages of cellulose thermal insulation:
Thermal efficiency: Cellulose insulation is one of the most desirable types of insulation. The thermal conductivity of cellulose insulation is approximately 40 mw / (km) and a factor of 3.8 (R) per inch. .
Cellulose insulation reduces energy consumption in the building and prevents its loss by the walls, thus reducing the amount of bills paid for buildings.
Cellulose insulation is almost three times the density of fiberglass. This high density reduces the passage of sound through the walls and also transmits sound between the floors of buildings.
The energy required to produce this insulation is much less. Electric machines are used to produce this insulation, while mineral insulation must be made in a furnace, and 20 to 40 times more energy is needed to produce cellulose insulation.
Cellulose insulation provides strict control of fungi, insects, pests and rodents in buildings.
This insulation is at a high level in terms of fire safety and slows down the process of fire inside the building.
Cellulose paper insulators in transformers are directly affected by the thermal stresses caused by the loss of coils and iron, thus reducing its expected life.
Through accelerated aging tests on insulating paper in power transformers, we found that heat stress has a very important effect on its very important physical-mechanical index, ie tensile strength. By more accurate simulation, the behavior of the oil transformer was performed at temperatures of 140, 150 and 160 ° C. Then, depending on the duration of the test and the change in the tensile strength of the paper, the change in the life of the cellulosic insulation was investigated.
Cellulose paper insulators have two very unique properties. Due to their high knowledge, they are very good sound insulation and because its thickness is 2.4 mm, those spaces can be used in small and limited. And that it is ideal for heat insulation due to its high heat tolerance and fire resistance.
Uses of this cellulose paper insulation can be briefly mentioned for washers and as sound and fire insulation in many factories, workshops, buildings, automotive and automotive industries, etc.
