Terms of Use for mefair Visitors

• 1. mefair website (here-in-after referred to as an "site") is a directory of third parties products and services and accuracy of the information are not confirmed by mefair. Before any transaction, visitors should verify the information by conventional methods, personally.
• 2. All messages that sent by site facilities should be relate to the business and site check all messages for spamming.
• 3. By registering contact information on the site, visitors agree to receive messages from site.

Terms of Use for mefair Members

• 1. Your use of mefair website (here-in-after referred to as an "site") is subject to the "Terms of Use" (referred to below as the "Terms") contained in this document as well as the "Privacy Policy". By accessing the Sites or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms. Please do not use the Services or the Sites if you do not accept all of the Terms.
• 2. Only registered companies can use site services and we may check the registration documents.
• 3. Any complain including copyright are subjected to the members.
• 4. By creating an account for a company, claims that the member is permitted to add company details.
• 5. Members are not allowed to enter bank details to their profiles anyway.
• 6. All members should protect their passwords and site in not responsible for any misuse.
• 7. All data are directly shown in the site but to be shown in the directories and search results, they should be confirmed by site managers.
• 8. Site is not a commitment to keep the files on the server, and in certain circumstances the member’s files may be removed without prior notice.

• 10. Member’s accounts who have been abused or tampered, will be removed without notice.
• 11. Every business can only have one mefair account, if more than one account is registered to a business, new accounts will be deleted.
• 12. Products or services that need legal license including (but not limited to) health care products, should be entered by image of license.
• 13. Following products or services could not be advertised on site:
  • Products or services that are contrary to the member's local laws
  • The ads do not refer explicitly to the product or service
  • Products that clearly violate the copyright laws
  • Reselling the computer games
  • Movies, Series and music
  • Sexual related products or services
  • Medicines, drugs or herbals
  • Thesis or student projects
  • Secondhand products
  • Treasure Finders
• 14. You agree that mefair has the right to change the terms of use. If mefair decides to make substantial changes to these Terms, it will post the changes to its website. mefair suggests that you periodically check these Terms on the site to make sure that your understanding of the Terms is up to date. Your continued use of the site after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
