Product description

Teflon graphite packing Aramid
Refractory packing of Teflon aramid graphite woven from Teflon fibers and a layer of graphite.
First, let's deal with the structure and structural properties of the materials used in this product:
Teflon :
Is a polymeric material (polymer) made by DuPont. This polymeric material has a low coefficient of friction (used in non-stick containers). Polytetrafluoroethylene is best known in the world under the Teflon brand. Since this polymer (Teflon) is rarely excreted by the human body, it is used in medicine and we can use it to make artificial organs in the human body. This polymer (Teflon) has a light weight with a strong structure. It has a neutral or inert chemical property with most industrial chemicals. PETFE polytetrafluoroethylene has a wide temperature range from -260 to 260 degrees Celsius. Teflon has very good resistance to penetration. Polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent dielectric properties and is non-toxic. Teflon has the ability to combine with additives to increase hardness and durability.

Types of reinforced Teflon are:

Pure Teflon
Teflon Glass
Teflon Bronze
Teflon carbon
Teflon Graphite
Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE is used in the manufacture of all parts of the petrochemical industry that are in contact with strong acids and bases.

Graphite:
Graphite is an allotrope of carbon composed of layers of carbon atoms. These layers can easily slide on top of each other, which makes it a very soft mineral. Graphite has a dark gray color and a metallic luster.

Properties of graphite
Highest natural strength and hardness
Stainless and heat resistant
High natural lubrication
High heat resistance up to 2500 ° C
Electrical and thermal conductors
Chemical stability
Radiation inhibitor
Low friction
High compressive strength

Aramid Teflon Graphite Packing:
Refractory packing of Teflon aramid graphite is woven from Teflon fibers known as PTFE and a layer of graphite on Teflon has been used to maintain the strength and thermal reinforcement as well as the resistance of this packing. The presence of graphite in this product increases its heat and lubricity. But what sets this refractory yarn apart from other packings; The presence of aramid fibers or refractory yarn (Kevlar) is sealed on the sides of this packing. As you know, aramid fibers are used to make bulletproof vests. Kevlar fibers are able to withstand very high abrasion as well as thermal conductivity and resistance to tension, tear and pressure. It is suitable for use in environments with high temperature and pressure. Its heat tolerance is about 260 degrees Celsius and the static pressure tolerance of this packing is up to 200 bar. Due to the presence of aramid fibers in this refractory rope, it is also very suitable for shafts with a speed of 10 meters per second.
Uses of this product are:

Basic industries such as refineries, power plants, petrochemicals, food industries and ...

Also, this refractory packing is specially used in piston pumps, sewage, hot water, oil, grease, drinking water, weakened acids and alkaline solutions.
