Refractory sheet is composed of a combination of refractory fibers such as fiberglass, asbestos, etc., which are widely used in the manufacture of gaskets. Silicone oil is also added, but still each of them has advantages that have increased the use of this product.

Washers made of refractory sheets have good flexibility and strength because these washers are used for sealing and insulation as well as sealing products.

Refractory sheets have different heat tolerances due to their components, the amount of which reaches up to 1400 degrees Celsius.

The options to consider when choosing a fireproof sheet are as follows:

Care must be taken not to create gaps between the pieces when shaking.
The presence of a groove or any problem that causes the two pieces to not fit together completely.
Never have two pieces parallel to each other.

Dunite refractory sheet: This sheet is used in power plants and oil rigs and has good resistance to pressures. In addition to asbestos fibers, this product also uses a steel layer that is placed between two asbestos sheets.
Asbestos refractory sheet: It is composed of pure asbestos fibers that are sometimes impregnated with other refractory materials. This sheet has a heat tolerance of up to 700 degrees Celsius, which has acceptable mechanical strength and extraordinary flexibility and impermeability.
Klingerite fireproof sheet: Klingerite fireproof sheet, which is in various colors, has a heat tolerance of up to 550 degrees Celsius and is made by Klinger Company.
This product is made of rubber resins and asbestos powder and sometimes this sheet is impregnated with steel wire, steel and a layer of graphite to have a higher heat tolerance.

Victorian sheet: This sheet is one of the sheets that is used in various environments and is composed of cellulose fibers that are resistant to all kinds of burns and hot oil.
Graphite sheet: It is composed of pure graphite powder which is light weight and is used in petrochemical industry and power plants.
