High Precision Grease Trap

As per the standards（HJ580-2010）from Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China, the oil in water discharged from restaurant is less than 100 ppm. The grease traps in the present market employ the mechanical, density difference, gravitational settling way to separate oil and water. It has many weak points, for example, lower treatment efficiency, oil in discharged water seriously exceeding the standards, cannot recover oil and grease. The discharged water mixture pollutes environment and wastes energy.

Features

Independent proprietary intellectual property rights: the superhydrophilic and superoleophobic separation membrane and light oil sorbent sponge that the high precision grease trap employs has the independent proprietary intellectual property rights.

Flexible integration: It is the multi-level filtration system to remove solid and factice and then separate oil and water. It can be connected to the output pipe of discharged oil water mixture; it can also be connected to the output pipe of the previous grease trap.

Easy to use: It can be automatically operating when pipe is connected, valve is opened and pump is started.

Perfect efficiency: the workload of oil water separator ranges from 1 t/h to 50 t/h as per the practical requirements. It can be continuously operating.

Lower cost: the superhydrophilic and superoleophobic separation membrane and light oil sorbent sponge can be reused after cleaning; the power assumption of equipment is lower.

Diverse applications: It is acid-resisting, alkali-resisting and thermostable. It can separate vegetable oil water mixture and liquid that is insoluble in water.
