Product description

The palm sap is obtained in several steps after washing and cleaning using the special machines for the industrial group and the Arts Package, under suitable pressure and heating. Date palm production line machines include:

Washing machines: Rinse the dates in this area and then direct it towards the peritheater.
Peri Heater: In this machine, dates and hot water are mixed and heated until the dates reach the proper baking level.
Kernel device: A solution from the periheater device is inserted into the kernel device to separate the core and hard parts of the date.
Filter Press: In this device, the small remaining particles from the core device are removed from the syrup and a smooth and clear syrup is obtained.
Condenser: In this section, the syrup is heated under the control of the device to increase the concentration of the solution. It should be noted that this operation is carried out in a relative vacuum to prevent the burning of the syrup.
Pasteurized Device: To consume sap in household use and to prevent corruptions and high shelf life, the paste obtained by this machine is pasteurized.
