4). within 12 hours maximum, buyer contact and secure Extension of the storage tanks from the tank Company and
Send to Seller a copy of the Tank Storage Receipt (TSR).
5). Sellers issues to the buyer Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA), authority to sell (ATS) to conduct The dip
Test on the product
6). upon successful Dip Test, Seller issues to the Buyer, Title Ownership Certificate to be followed by all export
Documentation and lifting commerce and Buyer release payment as agreed by both parties.
