Mazafati is a cultivar of the palm date. It is a dark, soft, fleshy and sweet date of medium size, about 2.5–4.5 cm with a relatively high moisture content of between 32-35%, varying with the time of harvest and the location of the grove.
This collection which is the most equipped refrigerator of Bam was established in 2011 in order to preserve the most important product of this area. The complex consists of several refrigerated rooms and equipped halls for packaging various kinds of dates. At present, we are one of the largest complexes in the field of sorting, packaging and exporting dates in our vast country.
