PAYMENT:
100% of total goods’ value to be paid by direct transfer within 48 working hours after first presentation of fax/scanned copies of shipping documents to Buyer.
Payment is a condition of the contract. The Sellers have the right to retain all copies of the customs declaration until receipt of 100% payment for the Goods.The Buyer guarantees 100% compensation of penalties (demurrage) formed in result of excess off-loading standards of goods in the port of destination.
