both structures of stainless steel wire ropes 1X7 and 7X7 are used for various applications in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia and Singapore. with both grades have equal resistance against corrosive substances and equal tensile strength of 1570 N/mm2, they have different applications. stainless steel 316 7X7 wire rope is not only more flexible and is used as the core of many other structures of stainless steel wire rope namely 6X19 and 6X37 but in equal diameter are not as strong as stainless steel 1X7 wire ropes.
