Seller issue Buyer the following PPOP. (a)Injection Report. (b)Tank Storage Agreement (TSA). (c)Statement of Product availability in Tank Rotterdam.. (d)Export license. (e)Product Quality Passport.. (f)Registration Certificate. 3. Buyer provides to seller, Buyer’s Vessel information, Port Clearance details Or acceptance letter to extend the seller tank maximum of three (3) days to the tank farm in Rotterdam. 4. Seller issues DTA- Dip Test Authorization, Tank RECEIPT, Indigenous Analysis Report or SGS Report Of The Product.Upon successful dip test 5. Issues to the Buyer, Title of ownership Certificate to be followed by all export documentation, (ATS) authorization to sell. 6. Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total product buyer lifts the product and seller pays all intermediary involve in the transaction. FOB DIP &PAY RESERVOIR 1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller on receipt of Seller’s Soft Offer 2. Seller issues PPOP documents and sends to Buyer. - STATEMENT OF AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT IN THE RESERVOIR - COMMITMENT TO SUPPLY - PRODUCT ANALYSIS REPORT GOST - PRODUCT PASSPORT - TRANSACTION CERTIFICATE - PRE INJECTION REPORT 4. Buyer provides Seller with Shore Tank Storage Facility Co-ordinates TSA along with the Shore Tank Storage Receipt (TSR). 5. Seller issues to the Buyer, NOR (Notice of Readiness) to commence product injection. 6. Buyer confirms Readiness within 48hrs of receiving the NOR, Seller injects Fuel into the Buyers nominated Shore Tank Storage Facility and Seller issues DTA -Dip Test Authorization. 7. Seller issue DTA, Buyer conducts dip test, seller provides ATS, Buyer makes payment by MT103 |
