Nano-positioning Technology

High positioning accuracy is now obligatory in many application areas. Semiconductor manufacturing, optics and micro-optics, biotechnology, nano-technology are some examples where there is a need for fine resolutions and high degree of repeat ability.
Automation and Control

The need for increasing quality and decreasing costs at the same time seems to be an ever-present concern in all industrial firms. Since the dawn of industrialization in 18th century, machines are becoming more and more capable in their performance. But nowadays, this enduring attempt for improvement is much more focused on introduction of more precise, agile, reliable and robust control systems rather than altering mechanisms itself.
Industrial automation is an almost endless arena to cultivate innovation and harvest novel remedies for old difficulties in order to boost throughput, accuracy and benefit human beings with better and cheaper products.

- Automatic data acquisition and remote calibration of Tehran Air Quality Control Station
- Design and manufacturing of a complicated and automated hydraulic test bench in order to test a range of electromechanical actuators
- Designing and prototype development of a Tele-drive system with motion simulated control cabin
- Development and implementation of an integrated control algorithm for navigation applications
- Conceptual design of MHI-701 gas turbine control system for Rey power plant
