Documents to show that you can afford enough to buy you
Purchase request - LOI - including the required target price and specifications

We directly with the refinery

But you do not pay us money

And not our name is written in the contract.

Draft contract sent directly from the refinery

Documents will be sent directly from the refinery's products buyer

After the conclusion of the contract the buyer can go to Russia to visit the refinery and we control things
